You can fill out our online booking form or contact us directly by email. We will confirm the details with you and make sure your gear is ready for you on site.
1️⃣ Once you make a booking request, we will send you a digital rental agreement to sign.
2️⃣ After you have signed the agreement, you pay the rental fee to confirm your booking.
3️⃣ Please note: no equipment will be handed out unless the agreement is signed and payment is completed before the event.
4️⃣ On arrival at Glitched , we will verify your identity before giving you the equipment.
5️⃣ At the end of the event, please let us know when you are finished. We will confirm that the equipment is ready for pickup, and then your rental is officially closed.
You pay after signing the rental agreement, and before your booking is fully confirmed.
Yes, but it depends on availability. We recommend pre-booking to secure your spot, but if we still have equipment available on-site, you are welcome to rent it at the event.
You are responsible for any damage or loss beyond normal wear and tear during the rental period. If something happens, please notify us immediately so we can assess and resolve the situation fairly.
We will send you a secure payment link after you have signed the rental agreement. You can pay online using standard card payment options via that link. Payment on site is not possible; all rentals must be paid in advance through the provided link before the event.
