This weekend, Gameffect supplied PCs and equipment for the event “Discover Skeppsbron”. During these days, the project “Southern Munksjön” was presented in a collaboration between the companies responsible for the development, exploitation and building of the area.
Visitors had a chance to help by building their ideas and visions with the aid of their imagination, creativity and Minecraft! Many thanks to Södra Munksjön Utveckling AB and the Cultural Department of Jönköpings Municipality.
The Minecraft Festival 2018 was held at Nobelberget in Stockholm this weekend. The event offered everything between Minecon Earth livestreams and panels of Minecraft experts and developers.
In conjunction with the live stream, new updates were announced and on-site people had the potential to play Minecraft with their favourite YouTubers and Minecrafts devs.
Gameffect happily provided our best gaming PCs and monitors – with hardware from Corsair and peripherals from ZOWIE and Plantronics.

Just as usual, Dreamhack happened right in our backyard and we were all over there. We did a lot, and worked with many, but the spice on our curry was our own booth that we had together with Challengermode!
We had the opportunity to flex our 5v5 setup, and brought our exclusive ZOWIE Zone tables to boot.
As always, we love Dreamhack! We are also amazingly grateful towards Challengermode who made this collaboration happen, and wish everyone the best until the next event.
